RETURNS & REFUNDS

We ensure all products go through different levels of inspections before they are shipped out, however if your item be delivered damaged / faulty we will replace or refund it within 7 days with the following condition’s:

• You must send a request for a refund/replacement within 7 days to support@galaxylantern.com
  
• State all details in your email and a photo of the damaged item if possible
  
• We do not accept replacements/refunds unless an order issue has occurred
  
• To be eligible for the refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you have received it
  

Once we have received your return we will send a notification email and your return will be replaced/refunded in 3-5 business days.
